Polyester Powder Coating

Nylon & Thermoplastic Coating

Anti-Corrosion Coatings

Shot Blasting

Domestic Price Guide
Parts for refurbishment must be free from oil and grease as much as possible. Any bearings, rubber/plastic bushings or fittings must me removed.
OUTGASSING - badly corroded parts, especially aluminium and magnesium encounter a phenomenon once heated called Outgassing. This is where the metal releases trapped gasses which can cause bubbles and imperfections in surface powder coating. We follow a number of steps to mitigate this as much as possible- but it is always a possibility this may occur.
We have a minimim charge of £50.00+VAT per colour.
