Pricing & Job Conditions

The prices shown are a guide only and apply to domestic, walk-in work. Every job is assessed individually, and final pricing may vary depending on part condition, preparation requirements, and coating specification.
Parts submitted for refurbishment must be as free as possible from oil, grease, and contaminants. Any bearings, rubber or plastic bushes, inserts, or fittings must be removed prior to coating.

Outgassing

Heavily corroded parts — particularly cast metal, aluminium and magnesium — may be prone to outgassing when heated. This occurs when trapped gases, moisture, or contaminants within the metal are released when heated, which can result in surface bubbles or imperfections in the powder coat finish.
We take a number of steps to minimise this risk; however, it cannot be completely eliminated and may still occur.
